When working with Jack Barry, you will be given the opportunity to have an Exclusive Buyer Agent, or, in other words, the benefit of an extremely experienced Agent evaluating the pros and cons of each potential purchase, both in lifestyle as well as the potential resale ability in the future when you become the Seller.

 
In the past, when you worked with an agent to find a home, the agent almost always was employed by the seller. That meant that while you and the agent may have worked closely together, he or she had a fiduciary responsibility to always act in the best interest of the seller.
 
I can offer you the opportunity to have your own Buyer's Agent, at no cost or obligation. The concept is relatively new, extremely popular, and could save you thousands of dollars. If you wish, I would be pleased to serve in that capacity for you. It would mean that we could enter into an agreement in which I become your agent in your quest to find a home. I would be responsible only to you --- not the seller.
 
Under this relationship, I can and will be able to do all of the things listed below under Buyer Agent which, for legal and other reasons, I cannot otherwise do!
 
There is no extra fee for this service.  The fact is fact, you are already paying for it...the commission paid to the agent who finds the buyer is paid out of the money YOU bring to the closing table to purchase the property.  That agent receives the same commission whether they  represent the Seller or represent you as an Exclusive Buyer Agent!
